Would you like a few variations or one tailored for a specific program or event?

Our mission is simple but powerful: to raise queens. Not queens defined by crowns or appearances, but by courage, character, and confidence. Through mentorship, leadership training, and programs focused on self-development, we are building a generation of female leaders equipped to change their communities—and their futures.

In our work within schools and neighborhoods, we’ve seen what happens when young women are truly seen, heard, and supported. Take Janelle, a high school sophomore who entered our mentorship program after struggling with self-doubt and bullying. After just a few months in our leadership workshops and weekly empowerment circles, she found her confidence and is now leading a peer support group of her own. She’s not just surviving—she’s leading.

Stories like Jenelle’s are why we do what we do. When young women are mentored and taught to lead with purpose, they rise—and they bring others with them.

This fall, our Prevention in Violence initiative at Kecoughtan High School will empower hundreds of female students with tools for conflict resolution, emotional wellness, and positive decision-making. The week will include a student-led fashion show, musical performances, and leadership panels—all celebrating strength, resilience, and creativity.

Empowering the Next Generation of Female Leaders

We’re also launching our Crown Her Leadership Academy, a year-round mentorship and training program where girls will gain practical skills in public speaking, financial literacy, goal setting, and civic engagement.

But we can’t do it alone. Empowering young women takes a village. It takes mentors, partners, donors, and community leaders who believe in the power of potential.
